Photos, merge, shrink: PDFs on your phone
Make a PDF from photos, join PDFs, or make one small enough to upload.
Experimental New tool. Tell us what to fix.
Your files never leave your phone. Nothing is uploaded or saved. This tool does not remove passwords, blank out information, or read text from scans.
How it works
- Pick a tool: Photos to PDF, Join PDFs or Make smaller.
- Add your photos or files. Use the arrows to put pages in order.
- Check the new size, then download it or share it straight to WhatsApp or email.
SARS eFiling accepts supporting documents of up to 5 MB each, and up to 20 files. Read the SARS guidance.
Common questions
- How do I get my documents under SARS's 5 MB limit?
- SARS eFiling accepts supporting documents of up to 5 MB per file, and up to 20 files. Turn your photos into a PDF with the "Under 5 MB" option, or use "Make smaller" on a file that is too big. Check the current rules on the SARS website before you upload.
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
- No. Photos and PDFs are processed on your phone or computer, in your browser. Nothing is sent to FillMeIn or to any server, and nothing is saved after you close the page.
- Can I merge a PDF that has a password?
- Not yet. Remove the password first (most PDF viewers can save a copy without it), then merge.
- Will shrinking make my PDF look bad?
- Shrink PDF only re-compresses the photos and scans inside the file. Text stays sharp. "Recommended" keeps photos readable for official uploads; "Smallest" trades more quality for size.
